Praga (Warsaw) civil register, 1828, Akt 117 — a death record that is related to my family. I'm currently investigating it and would greatly appreciate a full transcription and translation of the entire entry. Thank you so much for your time!

First, a transcription. I modernized a few archaic spellings.

117. Działo się w Przedmieściu Praga przy Warszawie dnia siedemnastego Marca Tysiąc Osiemset Dwudziestego Ósmego roku, o godzinie trzeciej popołudniu, stawił się Starozakonny Abram Josek Laufgas Korsarz lat Czterdzieści i Berek Fraynos[?] Szkolnik Bożnicy lat Sześćdziesiąt sześć liczący, obadwaj tu w Pradze zamieszkali, i oświadczyli, iż na dniu szesnastym Marca roku bieżącego o godzinie piątej z rana, umarła Sura Joskowa Laufgas Żona Szkolnika, lat Siedemdziesiąt mająca, przy Mężu zostająca, Córka Moszka Nutkowicza, i Heni Małżonków z Pragi, już nieżyjących, pozostawiwszy po sobie Męża Joska Szulima Laufgas Wdowca szkolnika, pod liczbą Sto pięćdziesiąt zamieszkałego, i troje doletnich Dzieci. There appeared the Jews Abram Josek Laufgas, privateer, 40 years old, and Berek Fraynos[?], synagogue sexton, 66 years old, both residing here in Praga; and declared that Sura Joskowa Laufgas, wife of a synagogue sexton, 70 years old, residing with her husband, daughter of Moszek Nutkowicz and Hena (married couple in Praga, both deceased), died on the 16th of March of the current year at 5 o’clock in the morning; survived by her husband, Josek Szulim Laufgas, widowed synagogue sexton residing in [house no.] 150, and three adult children.
