Hello,
Record 17 appears to be for the parents of the bride in Record 18. I imagine the bride’s parents decided to marry under civil law, decades after a Jewish ritual marriage, for some reason related to their daughter’s imminent civil marriage. (Also, everything is in German, not Polish.)
