Составилось в городе Билгорай 13/25 июня 1875 года в четыре часа дня.
Лично явился Иосиф Вольф Штурман (Iosef Wölff Szturman), пекарь, 50 лет, проживающий в городе Билгорай.
Явление происходило в присутствии свидетелей:
• Фишель Бран, 65 лет,
• Янкель Удес, 52 лет,
оба также проживают в городе Билгорай.
Явившийся предъявил нам младенца мужского пола и объявил, что тот родился в городе Билгорай 6/18 июля текущего года в девять часов вечера от его законной жены: Эстера, урожденная Зысманова (Зысман) (Estery z Zysmanów), возраста 40 лет.
Этому младенцу при совершении обряда обрезания, состоявшегося в этот же день, было дано имя Янкель (Jankiel).
Настоящий акт зачитан заявителю и свидетелям, после чего подписан нами и всеми присутствующими.
• Должностное лицо: Бургомистр (подпись).
• Заявитель: Иосиф Вольф Штурман (подпись на идише).
• Свидетели: Фишель Бран (подпись на идише),

It was drawn up in the city of Bilgorai on June 13/25, 1875 at four o'clock in the afternoon.

Joseph Wolff Szturman, a 50-year-old baker living in Bilgorai, personally appeared.

The phenomenon occurred in the presence of witnesses:
• Fishel Bran, 65 years old,
• Yankel Udes, 52 years old, both also live in the city of Bilgorai.

The visitor presented us with a male infant and announced that it was
born in the city of Bilgorai on July 6/18 of this year at nine o'clock in the evening to his legal wife,

Esther, née Zysmanova (Zysman) (Estery z Zysmanów), aged 40.

This baby was given the name Jankiel during the circumcision ceremony, which took place on the same day. This act was read out to the applicant and the witnesses, after which it was signed by us and all those present.

• Official: Mayor (signed).
• Applicant: Joseph Wolf Navigator (signed in Yiddish).
• Witnesses: Fishel Bran (signed in Yiddish), Yankel Udes (signed in Yiddish).
