Hello,
Here is all the information:

No. 85 — Łomża

Registered in Łomża on 4 December 1842 at 11 a.m. [11:00]

The declarant was Kuszel Aronowicz WIERZBOWICZ, a shoemaker, residing here in Łomża, 40 years old.

A female child was born in Łomża on 1 September 1841 at 8 p.m. [20:00], to the declarant’s wife, Szeyna ZYSKIND, 30 years old.

The child was named Jochwet.

The declaration was made in the presence of Boruch Jankielowicz PORYCKI, innkeeper of domestic alcohol (szynkarz trunków krajowych), 65 years old; and Josek Mejerowicz MROZOWICZ, day-laborer, 48 years old; both residing here in Łomża.

The delay in registration was due [I think] to the declarant’s recollection [or lack thereof!].

The witnesses signed; the declarant is illiterate.
