The letter is from Miriam to Rose. The letter is mostly a description of her own failing health as well as many acquaintances'.

There is only one relationship mentioned. The names mentioned are:
A couple called the ufer (a family name?)
Tserten, 72 years old
Sonia, 71
Oben 70
Nathan, lost his foot in the war, now in a sanatorium in Crimea
Fruma, obtained a three room apartment, she and her family are doing well
The letter then continues "as you can see, I keep up a connection with my dear, unforgettable Moshe a.h. (peace be upon him) and his relatives, who are close to me. Moshe would be 86 or 87 now. I will be 84 this Chanukah"
