I would like a translation, please, of the birth record in entry number 18 in the lower right corner of this photograph. This entry is the 1839 birth record of Iciek Kopyto, son of my 4th great-grandparents, Abram Kopyto, son of Maier, and Szejna Blizniak, daughter of Juklow. I am looking for a translation of the specific details in this record, to include possible middle names, witness names, locations, professions, etc., that might connect the dots between Abram and Szejna and other members of the extended family. Even if this record simply contains generic birth record language, I am interested in knowing what it says. Thank you very much.

In the town of Czyżewo, on 1 November 1839 at 10 o'clock in the morning, there appeared the Orthodox Jew Abraham Majerowicz KOPYTO, cobbler aged 38, residing in Czyżewo, and in the presence of the Orthodox Jewish witnesses Jukel BLIZNIAK, butcher aged 54 and Nachman GRZYMKOWSKI cobbler aged 42, both residing in Czyżewo, he stated that a male child had been born on 24 October 1839 at 1 o'clock in the morning to his spouse Szejna from the house of Juklów (likely her patronymic) aged 33, residing in Czyżewo. At the circumcision the child was named Iciek.
This act was read out to the appearing party and the witnesses; both the father and the witnesses declared that they could not write.
