Place and date of birth registration: Warsaw, 21 January 1847.

Birth reported by Mosiek MITELBERG, labourer aged 25, residing at #2,564 and Dawid PARASOL, synagogue sexton aged 57, residing at #2,275.

Date and time of birth: 20 January 1847 at 6 o'clock in the morning.

A stillborn female child was born to his spouse Chaia Mindla (from the house of) Josków (patronymic Josek or possibly maiden surname).

Child was unnamed.
