Place and date of birth registration: Warsaw, 8 March 1848.

Birth reported by Mosiek MITELBERG, labourer aged 27, residing at #2,564.

Witnesses to the registration: Moszek KORENBLUM, trader aged 26, residing at #1,810 and Josek NUSENLEZEN, wagoner/carter aged 61, residing at #214.

Date and time of birth: 13 March 1843, at 5 o'clock in the morning.

Born to him and his spouse Chaja Mindla (from the house of) Josków, aged 24.

The child was named Sura.
