Here are the main details:

Place and date of birth registration: Bychawa, 1 February 1862.

Birth reported by Lejzor DORNSZTROCH, cobbler residing in Bychawa, aged 24.

Witnesses to the registration: Ejzyk FLICHTENRECHT, synagogue sexton aged 46, and Kopel RYDER, synagogue caretaker aged 42, residing in Bychawa.

Female child born in Bychawa on 30 January 1862 at 9 o'clock in the evening to his spouse Cypra née BOJMAJL DORNSZTROCH, aged 26.

The child was named Hana.
