From Skanoteka.

Akta 34 is an 1820 death record from Jasienica, Ostrow Masowiecka, Poland for a person who I think is my fifth-great-grandmother. I would be grateful if someone could translate it in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a death record).

Names that I would expect to see in the text are:
- the deceased: Zelda Mortkowicz;
- her husband: Idzko Herszkowicz.

Thanks so much! Hopefully the handwriting isn’t too hard to read.
