We'd appreciate clarification of the names of the parents and other principals or any other data that can be gleaned. The Ukraine Division translation gives the parents' names as Manus and Tema, our 2x great-grandparents.

4. Где родился: в селе Лазоватой.
5. Отец: Манух ,Нуримов сын, ШварцштЕн , портной. Мать: Тема, дочь Лемеля.
6. Имя ребенка: Дувид. Д.у.в.и.д.

4. Where was he born: in the village of Lazovata.

5. Father: Manukh, Nurim's son, Schwartzstein (S.v.a.r.ts.h.t.e.n.), a tailor. Mother: Tema, daughter of Lemel.

6. Child's name: Dovid. (D.u.v.i.d.)

Some of the names were given incorrectly by the previous volunteer. The father's name is Manush son of Nukhemַ Shvartsshteyn and the circumcisers are Shoel Leyb Shvartsshteyn and Nukhem Shvartsshteyn.
