Also the translation of Moszek Lewkowicz birth record, born in Łódź on May 13, 1888. Thank you very much for all your help.

Births 79 and 80 registered in Lodz Feb 2, 1891, parents: Tobiasz LEWKOWICZ, 32, tailor whose perm. res. is Lodz and Machla Hena nee LANDAU, 29 of Birth 79: Szymon Hersz born May 16, 1886 Birth 80, Moszek born May 13, 1888
