This is the matzevah of Avrohom Adler, opens אברהם בן מנחם חיים, and I need some help reading the rest — the death date, and whether שנרצח appears. It does look like that to me.

Might be in Hungary - Szabolcz county - Or-Ladany

Do you know anything else about this person, perhaps an approximate year of death?

Do you have a higher-resolution photo, or any other images? If this photo was from a website, can you provide a link?

Any/all of these might be helpful in trying to find out more from the text.

I agree that it says "shenirtzach", who was murdered. I cannot make out the word that precedes this; perhaps Halevi, but this is a wild guess.

I believe that the next line might begin with "al yedei", by the hands of, followed by perhaps the name of those responsible, which seems to carry over to the next line (with a yud-mem to make a plural): al yedei haparmekim?? (again, a wild guess).

This may be followed by 19 Shvat (misspelled, if that is what it says). On the other hand, those letters might be yud-mem-shin, yemach shemam, may their names be erase, possibly followed by chaf-hay, the 25th, of chaf-chet, the 28th, followed by a month that begins with a Mem and that might run over to the next line (Marcheshvan?). However, the last five characters are the abbreviation for "may his soul be bound up in the bond of life", and I simply do not see where a year might be. There are letters on the last line that look like "shnat", the year of, but this is not followed by a year. The letters on the last line might be a year, but this would be at least the year 5700, which corresponds to 1939. If it is a year, however, there seem to be further letters afterward, which could make the date several decades later. And this leaves some unexplained letters at the end of the previous line.

All of the above are ruminations and semi-educated guesses. As I mentioned, some context might help, as would a higher-resolution image or another image or two.

Avrohom,
I cannot add too much.
However, I believe that the letters at the beginning of the row after the father's name, may be the rashei tevot הי"ד representing the words that translate, "May G-d avenge his blood," as was also used for martyrs of the Holocaust.

As for the date, I think the month is Tammuz, since it looks like י"ט שבתמוז . That's somewhat unusual but could be, I think.
