Hello,
These are mostly legal remarks. I’ve done my best to interpret the abbreviations.

First, the “Remarks” column reads as follows:

[references to documents]
(1) Birth certificate of the groom
(2) Extract from the [marriage] banns register
(3) Wedding report

With the permission of the father of the underage bride. Entry 71/[1]927 [signature]

Second, the “Witnesses” column contains two components.

At the time of the marriage, the names of the two witnesses were recorded: Meier NEUMANN, Meier NACHMAN[N].

Later, an additional note was added following a divorce. For sake of space, the clerk recorded it primarily in the “Witnesses” column, although it had nothing to do with the witnesses:

Entry 166/[19]32

Pursuant to the rescript of the Provincial Office in Tarnopol from 31 May 1932, Nr. A.C.[?] 25, intimated by order of the District Starosta in Brzeżany from 4 June 1932, Nr. A[?]-17, the following is recorded: “The Municipal Court in Brzeżany, Branch II, resolution dated 15 April 1932, L.cz.[?] 422/32/2 declared this marriage dissolved.”
