Hello,
I see no mention of the surname HERSHENBERG or similar. This is a birth record from 1858, not 1856, and for the FABISIAK family. Do you still wish me to translate?

So occurred in the town of Brzeziny on the 24th of January, 1858, at 8 o’clock in the morning. There personally appeared the Jew Hertzka FABISIAK, haberdasher, residing in Brzeziny, aged 39 years; in the presence of witnesses the Jews Nison ULMAN, synagogue sexton, and Mendel PYTEL, day-laborer, both aged 56 years and residing in Brzeziny; and showed us a child of female sex, born in the local town on the 17th of the current month, at 6 o’clock in the morning; to his [Hertzka’s] wife Rojza née RABUSKA[?], aged 36 years; which child was given the name Dobrys at a religious ceremony. This act was read to those present and signed.
