This is the death certificate of either my grandmother's brother or her grandfather. I am looking for any information that will help me figure out which one he is. So, age at death would help, as well as the names of parents, children, or spouses. I hope this text is readable. I found it on JRI-Poland. В метрической записи от 23 июля 1892 года зафиксирована смерть 5-месячного Берек Шифлингер, сына Лейзера-Альтера и Суры-Двены, проживавших в Варшаве на ул. Новолипки, д. 36. Событие произошло 22 июля 1892 года по новому стилю в присутствии свидетелей.

The death of 5-month-old Berek Schiflinger, the son of Leizer-Alter and Sura-Dvena, who lived in Warsaw at 36 Novolipki Street, was recorded in the death certificate dated July 23, 1892. The event occurred on July 22, 1892, according to the new style, in the presence of witnesses.
