Parents' residence: Dány[ád]
Midwife: Mrs. Gida Móricz
Circumcision: Dányád, Decem. 1
Circumciser: Ignacz Weisz
Witness: Dávid Rozenfeld, royal-profit renter, Fulpos [correctly Fülpös]

The witness's occupation is I think an abbreviation of _regálés_, which is related to the father's, _árendás_; both have to do with land rental and taxes and complications of economics that I've never been able to quite wrap my brain around. (I can't even figure out whether the occupations are closer to "farmer", "landlord", or "accountant".) The name is derived from Latin: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jura_regalia.
