This is a family photo, from around 1920. My great-grandfather Sam Jaffe is on the right, with with Cousin Shalic (on the left). Sam Jaffe was born in 1892 and passed away in 1956. Sam lived in Brooklyn, NY, while his cousin Shalic lived in Philadelphia, PA (where this photo was taken).

On the back of the photo is a short note in handwritten Yiddish (I think), and it would be great if someone is able to translate the entire Yiddish text to English.
