Would you please translate the Hebrew on this headstone?

Also, I have seen Ida's maiden name written as Sapiro, Sopilior and Zepilis. Does anyone have any insight into what the name might actually have been? My assumption is that it was a variation of Shapiro.

Shepsil is a Yiddish name.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Yaakov [YAH-ah-cove] is Hebrew for Jacob.

The 6th of Av, 5716, corresponds to July 13th/14th, 1956.

Chaya [CHAH-yah, with the ch as in Chanukah or Bach] is a Hebrew name that means "alive".

Glickal (more commonly pronounced GLICK'l) is a Yiddish name that means good luck or happiness.

I've explained Reb and Yaakov, above.

Dov [pronounced like "dove", as in "he dove into the pool"] is Hebrew for bear. Some men with Dov as part of their religious name have a secular name that sounds similar, such as Bernard, Barry, etc.

The 7th of Iyar 5723, corresponds to April 30th/May 1st, 1963.
