My great great grandfather was named Calel Karpenkopf. I have found 3 death registry records in Polish Archives for Calel Karpenkopf, (this is the 3rd and oldest)

The question is who is this calel . As full as is reasonable translation to identify him and any possible links which might point to my family would be appreciated

I suspect this is a grandson of Calel named after him but I am not sure

Hello,
There's very little here, unfortunately.

Calel KARPENKOPF, a flour dealer, 60 years old, from Warsaw, died in the Jewish Hospital on 15 (Gregorian calendar) / 3 (Julian calendar) January 1854 at 7 o'clock in the morning.

He was survived by a wife and children (no names given).

The declarants were hospital workers, not relatives.

62. It took place on the seventh day of February in the year of eighteen fifty-four, at the hour of ten in the morning, in the office of the civil registrar, in Warsaw. Appeared personally Josek Klepfisz, thirty-nine years of age, and Zacharyasz Dykiert, forty-three years of age, both servants at the Jewish Hospital, both residing in the same hospital at number 2098, and they stated before us that Calel Karpenkopf, a flour dealer, sixty years of age, native of Warsaw, had deceased on the fifteenth day of January of the current year, at the hour of seven in the morning, in the above-mentioned hospital, leaving behind him his wife and children. We signed this act after reading it, whereas the appearers could not write.
