Deceased: Necha GOLTSZTAIN / GOLDSZTAIN / GOLDSZTAJN, 8 years old, residing in Izbica with her parents, Mendel and Perla GOLDSZTAIN

Surviving Relatives: Parents

Witnesses: Srol TUCHMAN, 43 years old, synagogue sexton; and Szloma WURMAN[?], 57 years old, baker; both residing in Izbica

28. It took place on the twenty-eighth day of September in the year of eighteen sixty-six, at the hour of four in the afternoon, in the town of Tarnogora. Appeared personally the Jews Szol Tuchman, forty-three years of age, a shammes, and Szloma Warman, fifty-seven years of age, a baker, both residing in Izbica, and stated that the Jewess Necha Goltsztain, eight years of age, residing in Izbica with her parents Mendel Goldsztain and Perla Goldsztain, had deceased on the twenty-seventh day of September of the current year, at the hour of two in the afternoon, leaving behind her the same parents and no estate. It was visually ascertained that Necha Goldsztajn had deceased. This act was read aloud to the appearers and signed.
