6/21/2026 8:15 PM	Here lies Baruch son of Reb Shmuel Reb does not mean Rabbi. It is the equivalent of Mr.
6/21/2026 8:42 PM	Baruch is the Hebrew word for blessed. It is pronounced BAH-rooch in modern Hebrew/Sephardic pronunciation, and BAW-rooch in traditional Ashkenazic pronunciation. In both cases, the ch is pronounced as in Chanukah or Bach. Shmuel [SHMOO-ayl] is Hebrew for Samuel.
