Without vowels, it is hard to know whether her name was pronounced Shifrel or Shiferel. In either case, this means "little Shifra", Shifra being a Biblical name.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Her husband is referred to with the title "Chaver". The literal translation of Chaver is “Friend”. If this person was of German-Jewish origin: Chaver was a title of honor awarded by German Jews. It was bestowed, in a synagogue ceremony, upon a man who had served the Jewish community with distinction for many years. This title then became part of his official Hebrew name. (Given that the bottom of the stone is in German, it is reasonable to conclude that the above applies here.) However, if this person was not of German-Jewish origin, but from Eastern Europe, then this word might also be translated as “comrade” or “member” [of a particular organization].

"Baruch" means "blessed". His secular name MIGHT have been Benedict or similar.

Shimon is Hebrew for Simon.

She passed away on "the first day of Rosh Chodesh". “Rosh Chodesh”, literally the head of the month, also known as the New Moon, indicates the start of a new month. It can be a one-day or a two-day event. In this case, it was two days, and the first day of Rosh Chodesh of the month of Adar II was actually the 30th day of the previous month, which was the month of Adar I. In the year 5657, this date began at sunset on March 3rd, 1987, and ended at sunset on the 4th. (In a Jewish leap year, the standard 12th month, Adar, is replaced by two months: Adar I and Adar II. The stone does not seem to indicate in which Adar she passed away. Based on the secular date, however, it must have been Adar II.) Note that the secular date and religious date of death disagree by one (or two) days; this is not an uncommon occurrence.
