A woman of valor*, she was known as good and upright
She extended her hands to the poor**; she was wholesome and pure
[The third line of the poem is unclear.]
As much as she was able, in acts of kindness.

She is the modest woman
SHEVA
daughter of the honored rabbi Pinchos of blessed memory, she was gathered to eternity
the 4th day of the month of Tammuz 5644
May her soul be bound in the bond of (eternal) life.

In the first two lines of the poem, the first letter of each line is cut off in the photo. But it seems obvious what the letters are, so I filled them in.

The first letters of the last three lines of the poem spell out her name.

The last word of the third line of the poem may be מאושרה or מאושרים, meaning happy/fortunate/praiseworthy.

Interestingly, her yahrtzeit (the anniversary of her death), the 4th of Tammuz, is next week -- in case you would like to observe her yahrtzeit in some way (for example, by lighting a candle or giving charity or reciting Psalms in her memory).
