Please translate this 1869 birth for Szimek Chałupowicz (son of Hersz) in Andrzejewo.

Note, for ease of reading the names, it might be that his mother is Chawa Pnieyowicz. Also, I also uploaded what appears to be his brother's birth (Aron Moszk) in 1869, in case that handwriting is clearer.

Appeared Hersz Chałupowicz, a shoemaker, residing in Andrzejewo, aged 35 years, in the presence of witnesses Gersha Masternaza aged 48 and Moszka Konyeto a laborer aged 32, both of Andrzejewo, and presented to us a male infant, declaring that it was born in Andrzejewo on 8 January of the current year, at 6 o'clock in the morning, from his lawful wife Chawa Chałupowicz, née [Plevnik], aged 30 years. The child was given at the Jewish ceremony the name Szimek. This act was read to the father and witnesses, who being illiterate, our registrar signed on their behalf.
