I have a series of photos of gravestones I took when I traveled to Kopaihorod in the early 1990s. Please excuse the amateur quality of them. On some I am aware that only part of the inscription is visible. Please translate the Hebrew and or Russian as appropriate. Many thanks.

A partial translation of the tombstone...

"Here lies an important man
Reb Avrohom Zelig
Ben Reb/(son of)
Moshe Aharon
died on the 23rd day of ?????????
May his soul be bound up in the bonds of eternal life."

Reb is a title of honor preceding the Jewish male's given name, but it does NOT imply rabbi.

Ben Reb - Ben = "son of". See above for Reb.

He passed away 23 Kislev 5704

May his soul be bound up in the bond of life.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Avraham is Abraham. Zelig is a Yiddish name.

Moshe is Moses; Aharon is Aaron.

The 23rd of Kislev, 5704, corresponds to December 19th/20th, 1943.

Again, I do not read Russian.
