Akta 13 is my great-great-grandfather’s first-cousin’s 1862 birth record from Zaręby Kościelne, Łomża, Poland. I would like it translated in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a birth record).

Names that I would expect to see in the record are:
- the child: Zelek WAJNTROB;
- his father: Wolf WAJNTROB, son of Abram/Abraham WAJNTROB and Mirka Idźkowicz;
- his mother: Chana Jochwa SEGAŁOWICZ daughter of Izrael SEGAŁOWICZ and Laia.
