I would very much appreciate a transcription and/or translation or any additional insights. Thank you in advance Jack Hausner

Jud Mardochai Jacob contra Tileman ter Nypen.
Pfeffers Sohn klagt, dass Tileman ter Nypen ihm ein Pferd um 18 Rthlr. und vor die 4 Hauptmangel frei, aberkauft, nunmehr aber die Zahlung verweigere, unter dem Vorwand, dass gedachtes Pferd den Wurm habe, welches Beklagter doch anfaenglich bei Erkaufung des Pferdes wohl gewusst hatte. Beklagter ter Nypen erbot? sich mit glaubhaften Zeugen zu erweisen, dass Klaeger ihm dieses Pferd von allen, und also auch von diesem Mangel frei verkauft habe.
Beschluss: soll Beklagter seinen allegierten Beweiss innerhalb 8 Tagen Zeit rechtlich dartun.
