Informant: below-named's wife, whom the below-written assistant registrar knows personally
Deceased: Mendel Werzberger, Jewish, chandler, residence Szálva, birthplace Nadvarna in Galicia, age 68 years.
Spouse: Mrs. Mendel Werzberger born Cheva Selig
Father: the late Jozsef Werzberger chandler Nadvarna in Galicia
Mother: (blank)
Death: Naszód, 25 August 1900, 3 p.m.
Cause: tuberculosis
Remark: The deceased was an Austrian national and bore community residency in Nadvorna-Galicia.
Read forth, explained to the non-Hungarian-speaking informant in the German language understood by her, approved, and supplied by the illiterate informant with her mark as signature.

I use "chandler" for _szatócs_ because it's similarly archaic. Other candidates include "grocer", "shopkeeper", "retailer".

I didn't look up any of the placenames.
