Simon Bacharach Jud dahier, annoch zu Heidelberg wohnhaft kommt per Memoriale ein, dass nachdem er den in oeffentlicher Versteigerung an sich gebrachten Hausplatz, in der Speyerer Gasse gelegen, so zwar um 75 Shuh breit waere, zu verbauen Vorhabens waere, dass dadurch sein Schwager Falck Wachenheim Jud dahier von Bauern der Concession gemaess koennte befreit sein.

Vorschrift an die hochloeblich .?. Regierung gegeben [werden?]. Jedoch gnaedigster Herrschaft anheim gestellt werden, was er fuer das Schutzgeld erlegen solle.
