Hello,

I am researching my family history and have found a birth record from the Warsaw Civil Registry (Archiwum Państwowe w Warszawie), written in pre-revolutionary Russian cursive script.

This appears to be Act No. 4, a birth certificate for a girl named Shauba-Gitlya MICNER, born around October 1904 in Warsaw.

The parents seem to be:
- Father: Rywen MICNER (мещанин — townsman)
- Mother: Kajla Sura, née WEBER

I would be very grateful if someone could provide a full transcription and translation of this document, particularly:
1. The exact date of birth
2. The father's age and profession
3. The mother's age
4. The names and details of the witnesses
5. Any other details I may have missed

This family is connected to Léon MICNER (born Jajna Lajwy Micner, 7 September 1907 in Warsaw), who emigrated to Paris in 1920.

Явился отец Ривон Мыцнер, тапочник (изготавливал тапочки), 33 года, под номером 2171/4 проживающий и в присутствии совершеннолетних свидетелей : Шия Винныкамон, домоправителя, под номером 49 по улице Ситавки проживающий и Абрама Блидфельда, школьника (религиозный служитель), под номером 53 по улице Гусиной проживающим предъявил нам девочку, поясняя, что она родилась 15/28 октября 1904 года в доме ,где заявляющий проживает. Мать девочки Кайля-Сура ,урожденная Вебер, 32 года. Деовчке дано имя Тауба-Гитля.
Несвоевременное заявление произошло по упущению родителей.
Акт подписан всеми, кроме неграмотного отца.

and in the presence of adult witnesses: Shia Vinnikamon, a housekeeper, living at number 49 on Sitavka Street, and Abram Blidfeld, a schoolboy (a religious servant), living at number 53 on Gusina Street, presented us with a girl, explaining that
she was born on October 15/28, 1904, in the house where the applicant lives.
The girl's mother, Kayla-Sura, née Weber, is 32 years old.
The girl's name is Tauba-Gitlya.
The late application was made due to the parents' negligence.
The act is signed by everyone except the illiterate father. ========================================================
