Place and date of birth registration: Płock, 10 (Julian) / 22 (Gregorian) February 1860.

Birth reported by father, Abraham PURZYCZKA, teacher aged 47, residing in Płock.

Witnesses to the registration: Michał RURA aged 62 and Zekeł BAUMAN aged 58, synagogue sextons residing in Płock.

Male child born in Płock to his wife, Estera née GWEREMAN? aged 43 on 30 April (Julian) / 12 May (Gregorian) 1851.

At the circumcision the child was named Mortka.

Late registration - delay due to neglect in reporting.
