Явился еврей Мендель Бронлебер, портной,37 лет от роду, житель города Люблина, в присутствии свидетелей: Сруль Ицка Гликман, домовладелец,58 лет и Герш Лейб Крайтман, десятник,62 года
, жителей города Люблина, и предъявил нам младенца женского пола, объявляя, что он родился в городе Люблине, в доме под номером 566, 6/18 июля 1880 года в восемь часов вечера от него и законной его жены Гудеса Зысля, урожденной Бах, 37 лет.
Младенцу этому дано имя Гена Райзля (польское: Hena Rajzla).
Позднее заявление этого акта ничем неоправданно.
Акт сей объявляющему и свидетелям прочитан и нами, кроме объявившего как неграмотного, подписан.

Took place in Lublin on August 6/18, 1880, at 12:00 noon.
A Jew, Mendel Bronleber, a tailor, 37 years old, a resident of Lublin,
appeared in the presence of witnesses: Srul Itzka Glikman, a landlord, 58, and Gersh Leib Kraytman, a foreman, 62, both residents of Lublin. He presented us with a female infant, declaring
that it was born in Lublin, in house number 566, on July 6/18, 1880, at 8:00 p.m., to him and his lawful wife, Gudesa Zysla, née Bach, 37 years old.
This infant was given the name Hena Rajzla (Polish: Hena Rajzla).
The late announcement of this act is in no way justified.
This act has been read to the declarant and witnesses, and we, except the declarant, as he is illiterate, have signed it.
