She may also have been called by first names Teiche or Reichele, and last names Nauberg, Nauberger, or Guggenheim. The only bit of this I can read is the date of the entry and the name Bloch. I'd like to know what the rest of the record says.

Hello,
Here is a translation:

12th April
Theresia BLOCH

No. 3. Died here on the 12th of April 1859 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and buried here on the 14th at 3 o’clock in the afternoon: Theresia BLOCH, 61 years old, legitimate daughter of the deceased Josef BLOCH from Lengnau and of his deceased wife Babette née GUGGENHEIM from there; wife of the local merchant Jakob NAUBURGER[?]. Witnesses: Salamon WEIL and Samuel BLOCH, merchants here, all Jewish.
