I know German, but have trouble reading this relative's handwriting (other than a word here and there). Thank you so much!

Here is a transcription:

Liebe kleine Mary!
Frankfurt a[m] M[ain], 4. 8. 21.

Wenn Du einst nach Jahren drüben in der neuen Welt dieses kleine Buch zu Gesicht bekommst erinnere dich schöner Stunden, die Du in der schönen Musenstadt am Main mit uns verleben konntest.

Und wenn Du einst wieder nach Deutschland kommst besuche uns, Du bist willkommen. Sage, aber wenn Du wieder nach Hause kommst allen deinen Freundinnen u[nd] Freunden, daß wir Deutsche trotz des unseligen Krieges liebe Menschen geblieben sind.
