Informant: Antal Schimmer, law student, residence Máramarossziget, whom the below-written assistant registrar knows personally
Father: Dániel Salamon, Jewish, grocer (lit. "spice merchant"), residence Máramarossziget, birthplace Mátyfalva, age 29 years
Mother: Berta Schimmer, Jewish, residence and birthplace Máramarossziget, age 18 years
Birth: Máramarossziget, 19 December 1902, 9:30 a.m.
Child: girl, Jewish, Ilona
Remark: Informant made the report by request. The legal father's residence is not "Máramarossziget", but "Nagyszöllős".
