Remark: Ugocsa county's chief administrator exempted the marriage parties from announcements with dispensation number 1991 dated 18 February 1902. One given name "Ármin" is stricken.

The identity-verification phrasing is a new one on me. I tried to preserve the weirdness.

In these registers, sometimes parentheses are just parentheses, but sometimes they're used in place of crossing out, which registrars were not allowed to do to any handwritten text.
