It concerns the Jud, Jakob Pfeffer. I would very much appreciate a transcription and/or translation or any additional insights. Thank you in advance

haelt an, dass Ihm die durch die verordnete .?. [Tuchschauer?] iuengst abgenommene beide Stuecke Tuch, wieder abgefolgt werden .?. verwendent, dass Ihm solche in seinem Abwesen, ohne sein Wissen zugesandt worden waren und er selbige seinem Kaufmann zu Worms wiederum zurusckschicken wollte.

Beschluss
sollen beide Stueck Tuch, Claegers Einwendens ungeachtet, verfallen sein, und demselben nicht wieder abgefolgt werden.

Jacob is complaining to get back two pieces of fabric, which were confiscated by controllers. He explains they were sent to him in his absence, and he wants to send them back to the sender in Worms.
It was decided not to return them.
