Thank you for the general link, but for future reference, please include identification of the specific PDF, and the image number. I spent nearly an hour tracking this down, because the ViewMate image is functionally illegible, meaning that I couldn't even figure out the date, and thus had only the surname from your posting to go by. The Romanian archive has made an index, but the misreadings far outnumber the correct names in it; it has this as "Verezbenger".
