This appears to be the introduction to a book containing the names of Holocaust victims from Miskolc. It mentions "many thousands of names", but none of them are on this page.

In this book, we have recorded for posterity the never-ending grief of the remaining Jewry of the city of Miskolc. Letters have souls here!
The many thousands of names were all our blood!
Dashing youths, decrepit old men, mothers embracing their children, attentive fathers, gentle spouses, schoolboys and girls, children playing in the dust, and person-seedlings preparing for life under the hearts of their blessed young mothers. Names! People!
Names, whom merciless hands destroyed amidst unheard-of degredation, by starvation, bullet, rope, fire, water, in the years 1940 to 1944.
