Informant: Samu Gotlieb, Talmud student, residence Huszt, whom the below-written registrar knows personally
Deceased: Ferencz Gotlieb, Jewish, retired rabbi, residence and birthplace Huszt, age 69 years
Spouse: Háni Svarcz married name Mrs. Ferencz Gotlieb
Father: the late Jakobb Gotliebb, rabbi, Huszt
Mother: the late Giza Veiszberger, homemaker, Huszt
Death: in Huszt, 15 January 1902, 8 a.m.
Cause: intestinal torsion
Remark: informant puts forth that he is the deceased's grandchild, was present at the death and he was the one asked to make the report.
