Akta 74 is my great-great-grandfather’s sister’s husband’s 1850 birth record from Rutki, Łomża, Poland. I would like it translated in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a birth record).

Names that I would expect to see in the text are:

- the child’s name: Chaim GRZYBOWICZ;
- his father: Icek Wolfowicz GRZYBOWICZ;
- his mother: Tauba.

Hello,
Here is all the relevant information. This is a delayed registration—the text contains a note explaining that the registry in Rutki was not established back when the birth occurred. I would also guess that the parents’ listed ages are as of the time of registration (1850), not the actual birth (1843).

Mother (Wife of Declarant): Touba Lejbowna, 48 years old
