Here is all the relevant information:

Registration of Death: Czersk, 4 November 1831

Death: 4 November 1831, 4 a.m. [4:00]; at the father’s residence

Deceased: Chil, 3 years old, son of Izrael and Braydla [should be “Brayndla”] Majerkowna [daughter of Majer] NUSBAUM

Death declared by the deceased’s father, Izrael NUSBAUM, lessee of propination of the local town, residing in Czersk in House No. 20 on ulica Rynek [“the market square street”], 58 years old

Witnesses: Mosiek BEYTELMAN, baker, 36 years old; Berek ROZENTZWEYG, musician, 49 years old; and Mosiek GOTFRYD, day-laborer, 46 years old
