Akta 1 is my great-great-grandfather’s first-cousin’s 1863 marriage record from Jabłonka, Łomża, Poland. I would like it translated in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a marriage record).

Names that I would expect to see in the text are:

- the bride’s name: Dwera HERYNGER/ERYNGIER;
- her father: Moszko/Mortek HERYNGER, son of Matys HERYNGER and Malka Pesa;
- her mother: Szejna Enia KRÓLEWIECKA, daughter of Boruch KRÓLEWIECKA and Rywka;
- the groom: Chaim Rubin OSOWIECKI;
- his father: Ick;
- his mother: Jospa.

Here is all the relevant information. (This marriage record has rather less content than many others of its kind.)

Religious Marriage: 24 August 1863

Groom: Rubin OSOWIECKI, unmarried, 20 years old, son of the late Ićk and Jospa OSOWIECKI, residing in Srebrowo

Bride: Dwera Mortkowna ERYNGIER, unmarried, 19 years old, residing in Jabłonka, daughter of Mortka and Szejna ERYNGIER

Witnesses: Niska[?] Zrolowicz KIWAJKA, 46 years old; and Abram Gdalowicz ZAREMBSKI, 56 years old; both residing in Jabłonka

Banns: at the synagogue in Jabłonka on 8, 15, and 22 August 1863

No prenuptial agreement.
