Registration of Death: Płock, 24 (12 [Julian date]) December 1863, 11 a.m. [11:00]

Death: 23 December 1863, 9 a.m. [9:00]

Deceased: Jakób ROZENTHAL, merchant, 40 years old, residing in Płock

Surviving Relatives: wife, Dwoyra; son, Kalman; daughters, Freyda and Itta

Witnesses: Kalman ROZENTHAL, painter, 21 years old, son of the deceased; and Lewek MARKOWICZ, grave-digger[?], 39 years old; both residing in Płock

85. It took place on the twenty-fourth day of December in the year of eighteen sixty-three, at the hour of eleven in the morning, in Plock. Appeared personally Kalman Rozenthal, a painter, twenty-one years of age, and Lewek Markowicz, a grave-digger, thirty-nine years of age, both residing here, and stated that Salomon Jakob Rozenthal, a trader, forty years of age, residing in Plock, had deceased the day before, at the hour of nine in the morning, leaving behind him his widowed wife Dwoyra, his son Kalman, and his daughters Freyda and Itta. I, the undersigned, visually ascertained that Salomon Jakob Rozenthal had deceased. This act was read aloud to the appearers, of whom the first was the son of the deceased, and subsequently signed by the first of them, whereas the second stated that he could not write in Polish.
