The groom was SIMCHA son of Dov Ber (if I am reading the father's name correctly. The handwriting is very poor). If Dov Ber is correct, then the father's secular name MIGHT have been Bernard or something similar.

The bride's name was ETIL. Her father's name (this is even more of a guess) might have been Betzalel.

Family names are not included.

The wedding took place in New York on what appears to be Thursday, the 23rd day of the month of Elul, 5675, which would make the secular date after sunset on Wednesday, September 1st, 1915, or before sunset on Thursday, the 2nd.

I think the previous responder is correct regarding the names of the bride and groom and their fathers.

The names of the witnesses look like:
Yeshaya Yosef Morgenstern (can't read what comes after "Morga..." -- just guessing)
and
Berel Berman(?) (The paper is torn at the beginning of his last name.)
