Registration of Birth: Iași, 1 April 1889 [Gregorian date: 13 April 1889], 1 p.m. [13:00]

Birth: Iași at the parents’ residence, strada Sf. Stefan No. 41; 30 March 1889 [11 April 1889], 3:30 p.m. [15:30]

Child: Itic David, male, Jewish

Parents: Gavril ROSENSTAIN, 35 years old, servant; and Leia ROSENSTAIN, 33 years old; residing in division III [Iași]

Declarant: father
