Informant: Dávid Günczler, clockmaker's assistant, residence Szalka, whose identity was confirmed before the below-written registrar by personally-known József Zeisler, rental vehicle owner, Bodrogkeresztur resident.
Deceased: Zsigmond Günczler, Jewish, religion teacher, residence Bodrogkeresztúr, birthplace Sátoraljaujhely, age 24 years.
Spouse: --
Father: Izrael Günczler, sexton, Bodrogkeresztur
Mother: Hani Klein, Mrs. Izrael Günczler, Bodrogkeresztur
Death: Bodrogkeresztur, 10 March 1906, 1 a.m.
Cause: tuberculosis
Remark: Informant puts forth that as the deceased's nephew, he has direct knowledge of the death, informant declined to sign due to his holiday.
