This is a birth registry for my great-ucle Abraham. Please translate the first entry: Hersch Gärtner and
Chane Siegfried. They were my great grandparents. Their descriptions are nearly illegible to me. This is from Prussian I think now Poland.

Here is all the relevant information. (By the way, this region was part of Austro-Hungarian Galicia at the time—formerly Prussian areas are to the west, as they span present-day German and Poland; whereas Galician areas now cover portions of Eastern Poland and Western Ukraine.)
