Hello,
First, this is not a true marriage record, but rather a preliminary document designed to establish the identities of one of the spouses. The marriage certificate generally has the most genealogical information.

Second, the record is very difficult to read, both because of the qualities of the handwriting and the somewhat poor image resolution. From what I can tell, I do not see either of the surnames you mentioned. Tentatively, it seems like the record is for someone named Rossa Brana BILGORAJ who was 18 years old in 1847, the daughter of Lewek and Estera. I don't see much more genealogically relevant information, but I could be missing something.
